Professor Elliott joined the Nova Southeastern University PA faculty as an Assistant Professor in October 2020. She has been a practicing PA in Broward County for the past 10 years, spending her time in the hospital setting focusing on the areas Cardiology, Pulmonology/Critical Care, and Internal Medicine. She has also worked in the areas of Infectious Disease and Palliative Care.

She attended the University of Florida and received her bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences in 2003. She then attended Nova Southeastern University PA program and graduated in 2010.

Professor Elliott is a native Floridian however has travelled extensively all over the world. She prior to becoming a PA was a Science Teacher and Physical Education Instructor at PK Yonge Developmental Research School in Gainesville, Florida. She was also a highly competitive volleyball coach with 2 state championships under her belt and multiple tournament wins with the Gainesville Juniors Volleyball Organization. She was also a coach within the Gator Volleyball Camps for many years. 

Professor Elliott is a highly motivated and outgoing individual. She thrives on challenges and always looks to excel and exceed when it comes to her goals. She has an avid humanitarian and volunteers her time helping the underserved. She has always been a dedicated teacher and coach. She takes pride in helping others succeed in their endeavors. She enjoys gardening, riding her bike and reading and hopes to one day become a published author.
