Dean's Message

I am pleased to introduce you to our college. With over 30 programs representing multiple health care disciplines, the Dr. Pallavi Patel College of Health Care Sciences is one of the most dynamic, multifaceted, and diverse academic units at Nova Southeastern University. The college offers undergraduate, graduate professional, and post professional programs in Anesthesiologist Assistant, Audiology, Respiratory Therapy, Exercise and Sport Science, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Physician Assistant, Medical and Cardiovascular Sonography, Speech-Language Pathology and Health Sciences at campus locations in Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Jacksonville, Miami, Orlando, Palm Beach, Tampa Bay, and Denver.

The advanced instructional methods utilized in our programs helps our students to gain the knowledge and skills required for success in their chosen fields. The college is committed to providing health care educational opportunities in formats that meet the needs of our students including face-to-face as well as innovative distance and hybrid methods. By combining the most contemporary teaching modalities with state-of-the-art technology, our students are assured of receiving a comprehensive educational experience.

As the college moves forward, and ventures into new markets across the country, quality of delivery, outcomes, and the ability to quickly change with advances in technology will be the formula for success. Delivering real time instruction, anytime, anywhere, using faculty at any location, whether in-person, hybrid, or online, is the goal of the college and will allow for new programs to emerge in areas yet untapped.
