Areas of Research:

My research interests focus on mixed martial arts (MMA), athletic performance, and cognitive function. Our recent investigations have focused on gaining more data in the area of MMA, as research is limited.  Focusing my research on MMA and athlete performance, I have been able to provide hands-on learning experiences for students interested in working with athletes from the UFC, NHL, NFL, and NCAAF.
