Dr. Terry Morrow is currently the Associate Dean of Student Affairs and Assistant Professor in the College of Health Care Sciences at Nova Southeastern University and President of the Partnership for Leadership and Transformation.  She holds a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution with a specialization in organizational conflict and is a Florida Supreme Court Mediator and Certified Christian Conciliator.  Dr. Morrow served on the Florida Board of the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) as the Co-Chair of the Student Leadership Programs Knowledge Community for five years, is the Co-Founder and former Co-Chair of the South Florida Diversity Alliance, and helped develop the National Peace Academy.  In 2013, she was appointed by the mayor to serve on the City of Sunrise Education Advisory Board.

Dr. Morrow is a member of the editorial review boards for the Journal for Leadership Education, The Journal of Peace and Conflict Studies, and The Qualitative Report.  She enjoys using qualitative research as a tool for organizational development and improvement. Dr. Morrow has published numerous articles and book chapters and presented at a variety of international, national and state conferences.  In 2013, she was named Nova Southeastern University Executive of the Year. Her passions include cultivating human potential among individuals and within systems and cultivating charismatic common purpose to serve the greater good. 

Dr. Morrow is also a student of human potential.  The ways in which human beings cultivate and exhibit their best self on a daily basis kindles her passion for people and communities.  She seeks the intersections between the transcendent and the tangible, the practical and the moral, our personal values and truths as well as those that are enduring; all of which impact our worldview and actions.
