Physical Therapy (TDPT)

Application Procedures

1. A completed application form along with a non-refundable application fee of $50
2. Official transcripts from all undergraduate, professional, and graduate institutions attended, sent directly to the NSU Office of Enrollment Processing Services from other institutions.
3. Three letters of evaluation from individuals who can evaluate applicant's performance as a physical therapist and/or the applicant's potential for doctoral studies.
4. Official GRE scores or other standardized scores when appropriate; TOEFL scores if appropriate (GRE scores must be less than five years old. The NSU code number is 5522).
