Teaching
Dr. Dreger teaches as a lab instructor and guest lecturer within the Musculoskeletal courses, as well as the Orthopaedic Residency curriculum.
Scholarly Activities and Research Interests
Dr.Dreger's primary research interests include the diagnosis and treatment of orthopaedic conditions, post-concussion syndrome, and organizational development and change with a special interest in inclusive leadership for social justice.
Service
Dr.Dreger participates in the NSU Jamaica Medical Mission, is a co-chair of the Cultural Competency Task Force, and a member of the Multicultural Affairs Committee at NSU.

Dr.Dreger is an orthopaedic physical therapist, Clinical Instructor, and Mentor within the NSU Rehab Clinic.
Professional Activity
Dr.Dreger is a member of the Academy of Orthopaedic PT, Academy of Education, a member of the American Council of Academic Physical Therapy (ACAPT), and has co-authored several monographs for the Academy of Orthopaedic PT.
