B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science

Have you always wanted to help people reach their full fitness potential? Do you have an interest in how the body responds to physical training? Want to work hands-on with clients assessing health and fitness related measures? Ever considered doing applied sport-related research? Then, let the exercise and sport science major at the College of Health Care Sciences prepare you to become a competent and progressive leader in the fitness and sport science-related arenas. Our faculty combine real-world experience with hard science, much of which comes out of our very own state-of-the-art laboratory, in order to enable you to work in clinic/hospital, university, community, and corporate settings that serve the physically active. You will also be prepared to pursue graduate study in movement sciences and allied-health fields.
